Roofing Crew Member

Full-Time

Install CertainTeed roofing systems on residential and commercial properties across the Pittsburgh metro area. Experience with tear-offs, underlayment, and shingle installation preferred.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year roofing experience (preferred, not required)
  • Comfortable working at heights
  • Reliable transportation
  • Physical stamina for outdoor work
  • Team-oriented attitude

Crew Leader

Full-Time

Lead a team of 3–5 roofers on residential projects. Ensure quality workmanship, job site safety, and customer satisfaction. Report directly to the project manager.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years roofing experience
  • Leadership experience managing crews
  • Knowledge of CertainTeed installation specifications
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to read blueprints and scope documents

Sales & Project Coordinator

Full-Time

Manage the customer journey from initial inspection to project completion. Conduct roof assessments, prepare estimates, and coordinate scheduling. Bilingual (EN/ES) is a strong plus.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in home improvement sales or project management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • CRM and estimating software experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
